Catering and Refreshments

The Catering Department at Knuston Hall provides three main meals and a full refreshments service for all guests each day. Breakfast, an excellent two-course lunch and three-course dinner served to table, are all served in The Arkwright Dining Room, the oldest part of the building. (see 'history')

Lunch at Knuston Hall is quoted as a significant factor when many regular organisations choose the venue for their day meetings.

Knuston's policy is to use local suppliers for as much of the produce as is possible, including local bakers, "fruit and veg" suppliers and a local butcher. Almost all the food served is prepared from scratch on site by a core team of three cooks with over 50 years' experience at Knuston Hall between them.
